    The second dish I want to introduce is "Chicken Adobo". It is a Filipino dish that is both tangy and savory. To make Chicken Adobo, you will need the following ingredients: 2 pounds of chicken thighs and drumsticks, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of vinegar, 1/2 cup of water, 1 head of garlic (minced), 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns, and 2 bay leaves.
    First, heat up a pot and add the chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, water, garlic, black peppercorns, and bay leaves. Bring it to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside. Turn up the heat and let the sauce boil until it is reduced and thickened. Return the chicken to the pot and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes, until the sauce is fully absorbed.
