    1. In a large bowl, soak the glutinous rice in water for at least 2 hours. Drain and set aside.

    3. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the marinated pork belly until browned. Add the dried shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimp, dried chestnuts, dried lotus seeds, and peanuts. Cook for another 5 minutes. Set aside.
    4. To assemble the zongzi, take two bamboo leaves and overlap them to form a cone shape. Add a spoonful of glutinous rice at the bottom of the cone. Then, add a spoonful of the pork and mushroom filling. Top it off with another spoonful of glutinous rice.
    5. Fold the bamboo leaves over the filling to form a pyramid shape. Use kitchen twine to tie the zongzi securely.
    6. Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up.
