  Abstract:Guangxi has a large population of Hakka People and is the fourth major agglomeration of Hakka People in China. At present, researches on the dietary cultures of Hakka People in Guangxi are mainly concentrated on methods of food making and have not yet revealed the in-depth influencing factors behind from such viewing points as sources, legends and records of food formation, taboo cultures relating to the dishes and interpretation of implication of the dishes etc. Therefore, through researches on the features of topical Guangxi Hakka Foods, this article has analyzed the ideological notions t
