Fried Rice
Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked rice
1/2 cup of diced vegetables (carrots, peas, onions, etc.)
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are tender.
3. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce and stir-fry for another minute.
5. Serve hot.
