咖哩鸡(中英对照)
材料
2大匙油
3只鸡全腿,斩块
2支香茅,拍烂
3cm桂皮
1片黄姜叶
3片疯柑叶

做法:
1. 烧热油爆香香料,加入全部材料炒香。

3. 最后加入浓椰浆煮5分钟即可上碟享用。
Gulai Ayam

Ingredients :
2 tbsp oil
3 chicken whole legs, cut into pieces
2 stalks lemongrass, pounded
3cm cinnamon stick
1 piece turmeric leaf
3 pieces kaffir lime leaf

Spices (pounded) :
10 red chillies
5 chilli padi
6 shallots, peeled
4 pips garlic, peeled
4cm ginger
4cm galangal
3cm turmeric
Seasoning :
200ml water
11/2 small spoon of salt
1 small spoon of salt

Method:
1. Heat up oil and sauté spices until aromatic. Add in all the ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant.
2. Add water, seasoning and bring to boil. Lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes
3. Lastly add thick coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes. Dish up and serve.
