Eggplant and Green Bean Stir-Fry Recipe

- 1 large eggplant, cut into cubes
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the green beans to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Add the eggplant cubes to the wok and continue stir-frying for another 5-7 minutes until the eggplant is tender.
5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and vegetable broth.
6. Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and toss everything together until well combined.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
