（1）chat with sb. 和某人聊天 如：
I chatted with her last night. 我昨晚与她聊天了。
（2）get more information about… 获得/了解更多关于……的情况，相当于know about。information 为不可数名词。如：
I want to get more information about Beckham.
我想了解更多关于贝克汉姆的情况。

think over 仔细考虑 如：

（2）make＋宾＋宾补（形、名、介短、过去分词、省to的动词不定式）的固定搭配。如：
Make yourself at home. 在家里不要客气。
They make her wait. 他们叫她等。

prepare vt. & vi. 准备，筹备，prepare sth. 准备某事，prepare for sth. 为某事做准备 如：
He’s preparing his lessons. 他正在备课。
I’m preparing for the food festival. 我正在为美食节做准备。
［拓展］prepare to＋v. ＝be/ get ready to do sth. 准备去做某事 如：
What do you prepare to do? 你准备去做什么啊？
She is ready to go hiking. 她准备去徒步旅行。
enough adj. & adv. 足够的/地，充分的/地
（1）作定语时，可放在名词前，也可放在名词后。如：
I have enough money to buy the car. 我有足够的钱去买那辆车。
I have money enough to buy the car. 我有钱足够买那辆车。
（2）作形容词时，总是放在被修饰词的后面。如：
He is old enough to go to school. 他年龄足够大，可以上学了。
［拓展］enough＋for 短语，enough＋动词不定式短语 如：
It’s light enough for reading. 天亮得可以看书了。
I’m strong enough to life the box. 我足够强壮，可以提起那只箱子。

invite v. “邀请”，常用词组有：invite sb. to do sth. 邀请某人做某事
invite sb. to do sth. with sb. 邀请某人与……一起做某事
invite sb. to… 邀请某人去…… 如：
I’m thinking of inviting them to go boating.
我正在考虑邀请他们去划船。
Let’s invite Jim to go swimming with us this Sunday.
这个星期天邀请吉姆和我们一起去游泳吧。
May I invite you to my home? 我能请你去我家吗？
［金点9］I’ll send you an e-mail later on. 我稍后将给你发一封。
later on 再过些时候（用于将来时），后来（用于过去时） 如：
Can we talk about it later on? 我们过些时候再谈这个问题好吗？
Later on he got the job. 后来他得到了那份工作。

（1）be ready to do sth. 准备去做……，be ready for＋n. /pron. /v. –ing 准备好做…… 如：

（2）keep doing sth. 一直（不间断）做某事，keep on doing sth. 一直（动作反复发生）做某事 如：
