Cooking with kids is a super-fun learning experience for everyone, but nothing’s more important than being safe! Follow these easy tips to keep everyone safe and whip up some tasty dishes and lasting memories:剖腹产后腰痛
• Always make sure there’s adult supervision when children are helping in the kitchen.
• Don’t forget to wash your hands and wash  them often.
• Show kids the proper techniques when using utensils and appliances.
• Make sure the handles of all pots and pans are pointed toward the back of the stove so there’s  no bumping.
• Tie back long hair and make sure  those loose shirt sleeves don’t  get in the way.
• A clean kitchen is important, so  show kids how to properly clean  the counters and keep a tidy  cooking area.
• Make dish washing a family it’ll go  twice as fast, and they’ll learn the importance of  a sparkling kitchen.

Cinnabunnies
2 c. biscuit baking mix 1/2 c. Sun-Maid Natural Raisins 1/2 c. sour cream
3 T. milk 2 T. butter, softened 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 1/
4 c. nuts, finely chopped 1/2 t. cinnamon Garnish: raisins, sliced almonds
In a bowl, stir together baking mix, raisins, sour cream and  milk until just combined. Gently gather dough into a ball on  a floured tea towel. Knead 10 times. Roll out dough into a 12-inch by 10-inch rectangle. Spread dough with butter. Mix together brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough. Starting at a long end, roll up dough tightly. Cut roll into 12 slices. Place 6 slices, cut-side down,
on a greased baking sheet about 3 inches apart. Unroll remaining 6 rolls and place on cookie sheet touching one of the rolled cinnamon rolls; fold ends under and shape into bunny ears. Pinch dough to secure. Arrange raisins and almonds to look like eyes, noses and teeth. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden. Makes 6.
Children are sure to be helpful in the kitchen when they’re wearing their very own kid-size aprons. Visit a craft store to select fabric crayons and plain canvas aprons, then let  kids decorate their apron as they like. Follow package directions for making the design permanent.
3Raisin Waffle Toast
3 eggs, beaten 3 T. milk 2 T. brown sugar, packed 1/幼儿园接送卡
4 t. vanilla extract    6 to 8 slices Sun-Maid Cinnamon Swirl Raisin Bread
In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar and vanilla. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, coating both sides. Place bread slices, one at a time, on a heated non-stick waffle iron. Close lid and cook for 3 minutes, or until golden.

Yummy pancake and waffle syrup in your favorite fruit flavor! Combine a small box of fruit-flavored gelatin, one cup water, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, pour into a syrup pitcher and let cool slightly before serving.小巫教你讲故事
