3 pcs                      Prawn cracker 虾片
2 pcs                      Chicken wings 鸡翅
40 grams                Chicken meat cooked鸡肉

2. Heat the oil, fry the onions, eggs, prawns and green and red capsicum for one minute and add in the steam rice. Fry for another two minutes, then add in sambal chili paste. Fry for another two minutes till the rice is hot.
3. Grill satay and deep fry prawn cracker, tiger prawn and chicken wings.
4. Place fried rice on the plate and topping with one side up egg.
5. Put pickles, chicken wing, prawns, cracker and satay toped with satay sauce, all beside rice.
